I've often wondered to myself "why" I work with horses as I do. I have done other occupations over the years, but I am always drawn back to horses, there is nothing in the world more soothing to the soul than laying hands on the warm coat of a horse! The feeling never get old and the experience is a new one every time you touch a horse. The time you spend with a horse is never waisted , never forgotten. It can make you forget your problems, make you forget lifes struggles & strains and make you dream of things, once never thought possible,in a new light.
Horses can inspire us to feel, show & give compassion to a truly wonderful animal, who in the right hands always gives more than he gets!

I don't work with horses for the money! "what money" there is hardly any, after costs and time, most trainers will tell you they barely break even. No,I do it because it's what I do! It's what I know.

The time I spend alone training a horse is my break from the human race! it's my alone time. I love it! Can't get enough of it!

Working with a horse is like driving on a two lane highway, to get inside his head, you have to let him inside yours!

The first thing I believe people see in me, is that I am a quiet but demanding person. I love working with horses & with people, but I don't suffer fools! I've been doing this far to long for little money or reward. I get my reward from seeing the knowledge I have, being passed on to other worthy people.
I share my knowledge freely, but I have little respect for people who can write or tell a good story, but have little true skill to stand up and do it. I train horses and people, not because it makes money. I do this because I was trained by the best to do, my best & I'm dam good at it!
